There goes another unusual spring! While 2020 was a year of constant uncertainty, 2021 has brought several different kinds of challenges with it. At Nominit, after introducing tight restrictions, we managed quite well regarding sick leave. In connection with removing the restrictions, we’re now slowly but surely returning to a more normal situation. During the spring, we’ve had a lot to do, which is a real positive for us. The major challenge has been in delivery, due to the logistics problems with supply of materials which, as with a lot of other industries, has been an ongoing problem in recent months. Continued investment in machinery and continuous improvement work on flow and logistics, however, have equipped us well and enabled us to envision a bright future. In the autumn, we also hope to be able to accept more customer visits at Nominit, and also to be able to visit our customers!
